Stuffed crab sticks in batter are an original European appetizer that combines the tenderness of cheese, the spiciness of garlic, and a light crispy crust. The dish's history traces back to culinary experiments where familiar ingredients were combined to create new taste sensations. Unwrapping crab sticks and filling them with aromatic stuffing gives us a wonderful combination of textures: softness inside and appetizing crunch outside. The batter adds a special touch, turning the sticks into golden crispy treats. Serving them with a fragrant garlic-sour cream sauce results in an appetizer perfect for celebrations, cozy family evenings, or festive gatherings. This dish is easy to prepare, and its rich creamy-sea flavor leaves a pleasant gastronomic impression.

1
For the filling, grate the cheese. Wash, peel 2 cloves of garlic, press them through a garlic press, then add a little mayonnaise and mix everything.
- Cheese: 250 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise: to taste

Carefully unwrap the crab sticks, fill them with the filling, and roll them back into a stick, giving them their original shape.
- Crab sticks: 200 g

For the batter, separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in the refrigerator. Mix the yolks with salt. Then add milk to the yolks and lightly beat. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. After that, whip the chilled egg whites into a stiff foam and add them to the batter. Gently mix and dip the prepared crab sticks.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Milk: 140 ml
- Wheat flour: 100 g

In a small pot, heat vegetable oil and fry the crab sticks. Carefully remove the fried crab sticks from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

For the sauce, wash, peel, and crush the remaining garlic using a garlic press. Wash, dry, and chop the herbs. Then mix everything together, add sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mix well.

- Parsley: to taste
- Sour cream: 200 g
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
