Raw vegan rolls with seeds and avocado are a refined combination of fresh vegetables and nutritious seeds wrapped in crispy nori sheets. This recipe is inspired by Japanese cuisine but adapted for raw food enthusiasts, preserving the natural freshness and benefits of each ingredient. Sunflower seeds add a rich nutty flavor to the dish, while avocado contributes a creamy texture. Crunchy cucumbers, sweet peppers, and juicy cherry tomatoes enhance the taste, making the rolls both light and filling. Iceberg lettuce adds extra freshness, while ginger provides subtle spicy notes. These rolls are perfect for a healthy snack or light dinner, retaining maximum benefits and flavor without cooking. A simple yet original recipe will delight any lover of natural and healthy dishes.
