Slightly pound the fillet as for schnitzels. Cut into pieces along the breast. Season with salt and pepper, dip in 1 beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs, and fry in heated oil.
- Chicken breast: 0.5 piece

Omelet: Beat 2 eggs, add salt, pepper, milk/sour cream, and semolina. Pour into a pan and cook on low heat until done. Once cooled, cut into long strips.

Slice the tomato and cucumber into rounds, grate the cheese. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.

In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise with ketchup.
- Mayonnaise: 150 g

On a large plate/dish, lay out the lavash and spread mustard on it. Add several lettuce leaves, tomato, and cucumber, then add meat, omelet, 2 teaspoons of cheese, and top with sauce (3-4 tablespoons).
