    First, we prepare minced meat from lamb by cutting the meat and 1 large onion into small and large pieces. We fry the onion in butter and pass it through a meat grinder along with the meat, without trimming the fat, and add 3 cloves of garlic. Next, we extract the seeds from the cardamom pods.

    In a mortar, we crush cardamom seeds, cloves, and cumin seeds, add ground cinnamon and garam masala spice mix, mix everything, and add it to the minced lamb. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste. Dice tomatoes, peppers, and onions into small cubes, finely chop chili and garlic. Then, sauté the vegetables in olive oil, previously drizzled with lime juice. In a separate pan, fry the minced meat in a mixture of butter and olive oil.
