Radish appetizer with onion butter is a simple yet elegant dish that highlights the freshness and natural crunch of radishes. In European cuisine, radishes are often used as a refreshing ingredient, and the combination with soft butter and aromatic chives gives it a refined taste. A light saltiness completes the composition, revealing the vegetable's piquancy. It is an ideal choice for an aperitif or snack on a festive table where simplicity in preparation meets refined flavor. The dish is served chilled and pairs well with rye bread or fresh baguettes and can be a wonderful complement to a glass of white wine.
