Hot Spinach and Mozzarella Dip

4 servings

30 minutes

Hot dip made from spinach and mozzarella is a luxurious blend of tender Italian cheese and rich green flavors, perfect for cozy evenings. This recipe is inspired by Italian culinary traditions where fresh and natural ingredients play a key role. The creamy texture of ricotta and melted mozzarella is beautifully complemented by the spicy notes of Worcestershire and Tabasco. The dip turns out rich, tender, and slightly spicy, while the baked golden crust adds an appetizing crunch. Serve it with crispy bread or crackers - it will be the perfect addition to warm friendly gatherings and cozy family lunches.
