Carefully slice the ears into thin circles with a sharp knife.

Cut the beans into small pieces and boil in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes until soft. Transfer to a plate and cool.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped green onions and celery seeds. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes until the onions are soft.
