Historically, corn is an important element of Mexican gastronomy, symbolizing nourishment and simplicity in preparation. The grill gives it an appetizing golden crust, while the cilantro butter enriches the flavor with herbal notes. Topped with parmesan, this snack becomes even more exquisite.
