Armenian lavash envelopes are a harmony of simplicity and rich flavor. Lavash, tender smoked chicken breast, fresh herbs, and aromatic hard cheese come together in appetizing crispy envelopes. This recipe, inspired by Armenian cuisine, embodies the tradition of using lavash as a versatile base for snacks. The tenderness of the chicken, the spiciness of the herbs, and the stretchy cheese create a perfect balance of taste. These envelopes are suitable for both a cozy home dinner and a festive feast. They are served hot, maintaining an appetizing crispy crust and juicy filling. A great choice for those who appreciate simplicity in preparation without losing flavor richness.
