Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Wash the peppers well and dry them. Cut each one lengthwise into 4 pieces and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece
- Yellow bell pepper: 1 piece

Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until almost tender.
