Heat canola oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds.

- Garlic: 3 cloves

Add the chopped pak choi and thinly sliced mushrooms, and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes. If necessary, cook for another 3-5 minutes until everything is soft.
