Fragrant lentils with spices and orange juice is an amazing combination of rich flavors and subtle aromas. This recipe has roots in traditional European culinary practices where spices play a key role in creating harmonious flavor combinations. Tender lentils infused with the warmth of cinnamon, the spiciness of chili, and the depth of garlic gain richness and special charm from fresh orange juice. Ginger and turmeric add warmth and subtle spice, while olive oil gives a velvety texture. The dish is perfect for a light lunch or cozy dinner, especially on cool days.
