Pak choi with green onion and cashews is a light and elegant dish of European cuisine inspired by Eastern culinary traditions. Pak choi, with its tender texture and slight bitterness, pairs wonderfully with aromatic garlic and zesty green onions. Sesame oil adds a nutty flavor to the dish, while roasted cashews provide a pleasant crunch. This recipe is perfect for those who appreciate simple yet elegant flavors. It is easy to prepare while preserving the freshness of the ingredients and their natural taste. Ideal as a light side dish for meat and fish or as a standalone dish for vegetable lovers.
