Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the garlic heads on a baking sheet, lightly drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cloves are soft. Transfer to a bowl and pour in the remaining olive oil. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
