Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a bowl, mix chopped potatoes, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and add red pepper flakes. Transfer to a baking dish and bake until tender and golden, about 30-40 minutes.
- Potato: 700 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Olive oil: 0.3 glass
- Salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into medium wedges. Add to the potatoes and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
