Little sausages wrapped in puff pastry are a simple yet incredibly appetizing dish with a Mexican flair. The crispy yeast dough envelops mini-sausages, creating a delightful contrast of textures: the juiciness of the meat filling and the lightness of the golden crust. A light touch of ketchup adds a spicy sweetness and enhances the flavor even more. This dish is perfect for parties, children's celebrations, and friendly gatherings as it is easy to serve and quick to prepare. Inspired by street Mexican cuisine, these mini snacks have quickly gained popularity worldwide.
