Pickled carrot sticks are a light and refreshing snack with a rich aroma of dill and garlic. This recipe has roots in Russian cuisine, where pickled vegetables traditionally hold an important place on the table. Crunchy carrots soaked in a sweet-sour marinade acquire a savory taste with soft spicy notes. Apple cider vinegar makes the flavor milder, while garlic and dill add brightness and depth to the aroma. These sticks pair perfectly with meat and fish dishes and can also serve as an excellent standalone snack. Due to their simplicity in preparation and harmonious taste, they have won the love of many gourmets. Try serving them with dark bread and pickles for a traditional Russian feast!
