In this recipe, chicken fillet is marinated in soy sauce with garlic and spices, giving the meat a rich flavor. After that, the pieces are dipped in egg and coated with a crispy cornflake breading, creating an appetizing golden crust. Fried to perfect crispiness, they are served with a refreshing white sauce based on yogurt and herbs. Nuggets are an ideal snack or main dish loved by both adults and children.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces 1 cm thick.
- Chicken fillet: 500 g

Add spices to taste.
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Seasoning for chicken: to taste
