Salmon with honey

Clean the fish (do not cut off the head and tail), gut it, and rub salt and honey inside and outside.
- Salmon: 1 piece
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 4 tablespoons

Slice the lemons into rounds, lightly squeeze, and coat the fish inside and out with a mixture of juice and pulp (and skin).

Wrap the salmon in foil and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
