Take out the frozen potatoes and simultaneously heat the pan on maximum. Pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the potatoes and fry for 1 minute on each side. Cover with a lid and lower the temperature slightly. Shake the pan occasionally without opening the lid.

After 4 minutes, reduce the heat, open the lid, and add spices, salt, and pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add butter. Fry for a few more minutes on low heat. When the potatoes are ready, turn the stove to maximum and fry for another minute, stirring constantly.
