Heat half of the butter and olive oil in a pan. Add the diagonally sliced carrot and sauté for a few minutes until it becomes soft.

- Carrot: 275 g

Crush the coriander seeds, place them in a pan, add thyme, vinegar, and spices to taste. Pour in wine to completely cover the carrots and cook on high heat for 6-8 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
