Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place the peppers in a single layer on a baking sheet and send them to the oven for 20-30 minutes until the skin blackens.
- Sweet pepper: 1 kg

Transfer the peppers to a bag or cover with film, leave for 10 minutes.

Remove the skin and seeds from the peppers.

Cut the bread crust into cubes and dry in the oven for 5 minutes.

Transfer the peppers to the blender bowl, add chili, garlic, bread, and nuts.
- Chili pepper: 1 piece
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- White bread: 80 g
- Walnuts: 50 g

Beat until a uniform smooth texture.

Dry roast cumin and caraway in a pan. Grind them in a mortar or coffee grinder.
- Cumin (zira): 2 g
- Caraway: 2 g

Add all the spices, lemon juice, and narsharab, and mix again.
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Narsharab sauce: 50 ml
- Paprika: 3 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
