    Wash the eggplants.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Eggplants: 250 g

    Slightly dry.

    Skewer and grill over hot coals (without flames).

    Let the eggplants cool slightly.

    Peel them, place on a plate, salt, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and green onions.
