Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely. Also chop the onion finely. Place the tomatoes, onion, mint, basil, and marjoram in a pot and cook on low heat, stirring, for 30 minutes.

Remove the herbs, cool the tomatoes, then blend them and transfer to a freezer-safe container. Mix in tomato puree, juice of two lemons, and sugar. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
