Fried zucchini with bacon is the perfect combination of a crispy golden crust and tender, rich flavor. This recipe draws from European culinary traditions where simple ingredients are transformed into true culinary masterpieces. Slices of zucchini lightly dusted with flour and fried in hot oil achieve an airy lightness and appetizing texture. Crispy bacon adds a salty depth of flavor, while the onion-garlic mixture provides a delicate aromatic note. Baking in the oven completes the process, uniting all components into a harmonious dish. It is ideal as a hot appetizer or standalone dish that delights lovers of simple yet refined tastes. Served immediately after cooking when its texture and aroma are most pronounced.
