Dutch fondue is an exquisite dish rooted in European culinary traditions. In the Netherlands, cheese is not just a product but a symbol of quality and heritage embodied in this delicate and aromatic dish. Melted Dutch cheese mixed with milk and seasoned with cumin creates a wonderfully creamy texture with spicy notes. The addition of corn flour and gin makes the fondue thick and rich, while black pepper adds a light spicy kick. Served with rye bread and canned mushrooms, it turns the meal into a true gourmet delight. This fondue is perfect for cozy evenings when you want to enjoy deep, warming flavors and share a meal with loved ones.
