Lavash rolls with red fish
10 servings
15 minutes
A tribute to the classics. Salted fish and cream cheese are the perfect company, and wrapped in lavash they turn into an ideal snack. The rolls are easy to hold in your hands, the taste is bright, and the snack itself is quite filling. It doesn't look as fancy as, say, tartlets, but we bet that you'll run out of lavash rolls with red fish and cream cheese first.

1
Prepare the ingredients.

2
Chop the dill finely.
- Dill: 15 g

3
Slice the cucumbers into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. It's preferable not to cut the part with seeds: it has too much water, which can spoil the final dish.
- Cucumbers: 400 g

4
Cut the fish into thin slices. To save time, you can buy pre-sliced fish.
- Lightly salted red fish: 200 g

5
Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and dill.
- Cottage cheese: 150 g
- Sour cream: 60 g
- Dill: 15 g

6
Spread the lavash with the cottage cheese mixture.
- Thin lavash: 1 piece
- Cottage cheese: 150 g
- Sour cream: 60 g
- Dill: 15 g

7
Lay out the fish.
- Lightly salted red fish: 200 g

8
Next, place the cucumber.
- Cucumbers: 400 g

9
Roll the lavash into a sausage shape and cut into rolls.

10
You can prepare rolled lavash a few hours before the celebration and cut it just before serving.
