Small tartlets filled with something are always very popular at parties - you can eat them with your hands, you won't get full from the first bite, and they are a convenient snack with almost any alcohol. Our version of the filling is shrimp and guacamole. Guacamole can be prepared a few hours before the party, and it is better to assemble the snack itself just before serving. You can buy ready-made tartlets.
