Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rounds. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Peel and chop the garlic coarsely. Wash the herbs, dry them, separate the leaves, and chop the stems coarsely.
- Tomatoes: 5 piece
- Soft cheese: 300 g

- Basil: 2 sprigs

Put olives, garlic, stems of greens, and half of the leaves in a blender. Chop them. Without turning off the motor, pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Dust the baking tray and work surface lightly with flour, roll out the dough to the size of the tray.
