Poke with rice, crab and smashed cucumbers

An important Hawaiian dish, in which almost anything is added to the rice base and fish. In this case, the fish was replaced with crab sticks and wonderful smashed cucumbers were added to them.     Rinse the round rice several times, add 180 ml of water and cook. Mix 25 ml of rice vinegar with 20 grams of sugar and 5 grams of salt until the sugar dissolves, add to the hot rice and stir.
