Cut the tomatoes.
- Tomatoes: 3 kg

Clean the garlic.
- Garlic: 1 kg

Clean and chop the hot pepper.
- Chili pepper: 500 g

Clean and chop the pepper.
- Sweet pepper: 2 kg

Grind everything in the meat grinder.

Boil for 40 minutes. Add salt and sugar. Boil for another 5 minutes.
