Apple and chokeberry juice for the winter

8 servings

20 minutes

There is no need to talk about the special mission of apple juice: most industrial juices are prepared on its basis, only adding the aroma of other fruits and berries. But the basis is the basis, and apple juice is good on its own with its combination of acidity and sweetness, freshness and subtle aroma. In this recipe, apple juice is diluted with chokeberry juice, firstly, to give the colorless drink an attractive wine color, but most importantly - for the sake of an interesting taste and light tartness, which this simple apple noticeably ennobles, making the drink playful and perky.
