Strawberry brownie with cheesecake is an incredible combination of rich chocolate flavor and creamy texture. This dessert originated in America as a creative experiment combining classic brownie and airy cheesecake. The deep taste of bitter chocolate is perfectly complemented by the light tartness of strawberries, creating a harmony of sweetness and freshness. The brownie is dense, rich, and slightly chewy, while the layer of cheesecake adds creamy softness. This dessert is the perfect treat for a cup of coffee, a romantic evening, or a cozy family tea time. Its amazing texture, rich aroma, and visual appeal make strawberry brownie with cheesecake a true culinary masterpiece that captivates from the first bite.

1
Turn on the stove and heat water in a saucepan to melt the chocolate.
2
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
3
Line the baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
4
Lightly coat the strawberries in flour.
5
Brownie layer: place bittersweet chocolate (114 grams) and butter (113 grams) in a heatproof bowl.
- Dark chocolate: 114 g
- Butter: 113 g
6
Place the resulting mixture over heated water in a saucepan. The water should not boil and must not touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir continuously to prevent the chocolate from overheating.
7
Once you ensure there are no lumps of chocolate or butter in the melted mixture, remove it from the heat.
8
Stir the mixture to cool it down a bit.
9
Add sugar (250 grams).
- Sugar: 315 g
10
Stir the resulting mixture to ensure the sugar dissolves completely.
11
Add 2 large eggs and mix.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
12
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanillin and mix again.
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
13
Add flour (65 grams) and a pinch of salt. Mix well. It should result in a fluid homogeneous mass.
- Wheat flour: 65 g
- Salt: pinch
14
Take 4 tablespoons of the resulting mixture and transfer them to a separate bowl. Set aside for a while.
15
Pour the remaining mass into the mold and level it with a silicone spatula, adding the strawberries that have been previously coated in flour. The first layer is ready.
- Strawberry: to taste
16
Cheesecake layer: take 227 grams of cream cheese or cottage cheese. Add 65 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanillin, and 1 egg. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a mixer.
- Cream cheese: 227 g
- Sugar: 315 g
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
17
Spread the resulting mixture over the brownies and smooth it out. The second layer is ready.
18
Take the remaining brownie mixture (4 tablespoons) and drop it on top of the cheesecake in large blobs. It should look like 'blobs on a white background'.
19
To create a marble effect in brownies, take a skewer and swirl it through the blobs (first one way, then the other).
20
Place the mold in a preheated oven at 160 degrees. Baking will take about 35 minutes.
