Sugar-free brownies

Sugar-free brownies are the embodiment of a classic American dessert in a new, healthier version. Its history dates back to the late 19th century when the first chocolate cake recipes appeared in the USA. However, this version excludes sugar, replacing it with safer alternatives. The rich taste of dark chocolate combined with the creaminess of butter and the lightness of whipped eggs creates a velvety texture. Whole grain flour adds a subtle nutty note. It's perfect as a morning dessert with a cup of coffee or as an elegant treat for evening tea time. The key is to let the brownies rest in the fridge to reveal their full flavor depth.
