Layered pie with cheese, cottage cheese, and greens is a true culinary masterpiece rooted in Russian cuisine traditions. The fluffy dough is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, hiding a rich filling of soft cottage cheese, aromatic greens, and spicy cheese. This combination gives the pie a rich yet balanced flavor: creamy with a slight tang and herbal notes. Its snail-like twisted shape makes the dish not only appetizing but also aesthetically pleasing. It is perfect for a cozy family dinner, festive table setting, or picnic. Due to its heartiness and simplicity of preparation, the pie has long won the love of homemakers, and its aroma infused with the freshness of greens instantly whets the appetite. Each serving is a warm memory of home comfort and soulful evenings.
