Curd pie "Zebra"

Cottage cheese pie 'Zebra' is an elegant combination of airy cottage cheese dough with delicate chocolate and vanilla layers, creating a characteristic striped pattern. Its roots trace back to Italian cuisine, where simplicity and refined taste are valued. The light sweetness of the cottage cheese, along with the aroma of cocoa and vanilla, makes this pie an ideal choice for morning coffee or a cozy tea time. Thanks to semolina, the pie's texture is soft yet firm, and the pattern created with a toothpick turns the dessert into a work of art. It requires no complex ingredients, is easy to prepare, and is perfect for those who prefer light yet exquisite desserts.

1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add eggs and sweetener, and mix with a mixer.
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar substitute: to taste
2
Pour milk into the cottage cheese, add 3 tablespoons of semolina, and mix well again.
- Milk: 150 ml
- Semolina: 5 tablespoon
3
Divide the dough into about 2 parts, adding cocoa to one and vanillin and 1 tbsp of semolina to the other.
- Cocoa: 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin: pinch
- Semolina: 5 tablespoon
4
Pour a few tablespoons of batter into the silicone mold, alternating between white and chocolate.
5
Then you can draw a pattern with a toothpick, moving it through the dough from the center to the edges of the future pie.
6
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 35 minutes (check readiness by browning and the 'dry toothpick' method).
