Vegan panna cotta is an exquisite dessert from Italian cuisine, adapted for those who prefer plant-based diets. Its history begins with traditional panna cotta, but instead of cream, coconut milk is used, giving it a delicate, exotic flavor with a hint of sweetness. Agar-agar, a natural plant thickener, provides the perfect texture, making the dessert airy and silky. The top layer is berry chia jelly that adds freshness and sweet-sour notes along with nutritious elements. This dessert not only delights the taste buds but also serves as a perfect light yet impressive finish to a meal. Served in clear glasses with vibrant layers, it becomes a true work of art while the combination of textures makes it an unforgettable treat.
