Cheese rolls made with kefir are a cozy and tender version of British baking that has won the hearts of home cooking lovers. Their history begins in the tradition of making fluffy biscuits popular in England and America. The classic texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly complementing the rich flavor of Gouda cheese and tangy Parmesan. Kefir gives the dough a special lightness and slight acidity, while butter makes the rolls incredibly tender. The browned crust after baking reveals aromas of creaminess and cheese, creating a gastronomic masterpiece. They are perfect for breakfast or tea time and make an excellent addition to soups and salads. These rolls are a little delight that warms the soul with every bite.
