This recipe is very simple and quick to prepare.

1
For the dough, mix in a deep bowl: egg, salt, sugar, baking soda, yogurt or sour cream, a little ground pepper, and cottage cheese. Then gradually add flour and half of the softened butter. You can mix with a blender or mash with a fork — the main thing is to achieve a consistency like thick sour cream.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese: 180 g
- Wheat flour: 7 tablespoons
- Butter: 30 g
- Ground black pepper: pinch
2
For the filling, grate the cheeses and remaining butter on a coarse grater, finely chop the cilantro leaves. Mix everything together.
- Suluguni cheese: 70 g
- Cream cheese ""Lambert"" 55% fat: 50 g
- Butter: 30 g
- Coriander leaves: 3 stems

Pour half of the batter into a greased form with vegetable oil, layer the filling thickly, and pour the remaining batter on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Salt: to taste

Take out the khachapuri and let it rest for about 20 minutes (to make it easier to cut into portions).
