Homemade bread with basil and cheese is a cozy embodiment of Italian gastronomy, combining the aroma of fresh basil and the tenderness of melted cheese. Inspired by the traditions of Italian bakers, this bread makes a great addition to lunch or dinner. The taste of soft dough, slightly sour from kefir, harmonizes with the spiciness of basil, while the golden crust with melted cheese adds a special elegance. This bread is perfect as a standalone dish, especially on warm days paired with olive oil and fresh vegetables, or as a base for sandwiches or a side for soups. Simple to prepare yet elegant in presentation, it delights family members with its rich aroma and flavor.
