Grate the chilled butter and mix it with a cup of flour and a cup of sugar. Crumble everything together. Add an egg and water and knead. Gradually add the remaining flour until the dough is smooth and pulls away from your hands. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Butter: 120 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Water: 2 tablespoons

Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Add sugar to the apples and place on the heat for about 10 minutes. Add starch and stir on the heat for another 3 minutes until the apples thicken, remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
- Green apples: 1 kg

Take the dough out of the fridge, evenly spread it in the mold, leave a quarter of the dough for decoration. Add the filling and make a lattice with the remaining dough on top. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
