Chocolate mousse-soufflé is an exquisite dessert with a delicate, airy texture and rich chocolate flavor. Its history traces back to European cuisine, where mousse and soufflé are considered the pinnacle of pastry art. The combination of cocoa powder and milk gives the dessert a rich aroma, while gelatin provides the perfect density. Light and melting in the mouth, this mousse-soufflé is ideal for special occasions or as a pleasant end to a meal. The chilled dessert has a velvety structure, and its inverted presentation makes it a true work of art on the plate. It is the perfect choice for those who appreciate elegance in taste and subtlety in texture.

1
Heat the milk almost to boiling, then stir in cocoa powder and sugar.

- Sugar: 65 g
2
Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of water, wait for it to swell, and mix with the mousse base.
- Gelatin: 10 g
3
Put it back on the stove, heat it over medium heat, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
