Yeast cookies are a delicate and airy treat with roots in European home baking traditions. The yeast gives the dough a special softness and lightness, while butter adds a rich flavor. The light sweetness of cane sugar and the aroma of vanillin make it an ideal complement to morning coffee or evening tea. These cookies can be served as a standalone treat or used as a base for desserts. Their simplicity in preparation and classic taste make them a favorite choice in family kitchens, while the golden crust gives them an appetizing and crispy touch.
