Homemade children's cookies are a cozy treat that evokes warm childhood memories. Russian cuisine is famous for its simple and heartfelt recipes, and this one is no exception. Delicate, sweet, with a subtle vanilla aroma, it is perfect for family tea time. The light dough made from flour, eggs, butter, and milk gives the cookies softness while a pinch of baking soda makes them airy. Traditionally, such cookies were baked by mothers and grandmothers to delight children with crispy, slightly golden shapes often resembling animals or hearts. They are not only tasty but also healthy as they contain natural ingredients. A wonderful option for children's treats or warm home evenings.
