Mix flour, softened butter, and powdered sugar in a blender. Add the egg yolk and 1 tsp of cold water, knead into a pliable dough, wrap in a plastic bag, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Grease the pie dish with butter, roll out or spread the dough by hand in the dish, and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. If you have ceramic baking beans, place them on top of the dough in the parchment-lined pan. If not, you can bake without weights by pricking the dough with a fork in several places at the bottom of the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. All ovens are different, so watch to ensure the base doesn't burn. Once out of the oven, remove the weights and cool the pie crust.

Whisk 5 eggs and sugar in a blender. Add mascarpone cheese and cream, and whisk again. Add the zest of 4 lemons and 150 ml of lemon juice, and mix.

Pour the mixture into the base and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, then cool.
