Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and cinnamon. Grate the butter straight from the freezer using a coarse grater. Grate a little and immediately coat it in flour. You should get a crumb where each butter flake is coated in flour.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Cocoa: 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder: 0.3 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Butter: 50 g

Break the egg, add sugar, and pour in the honey. If it is crystallized, melt it in the microwave.
- Chicken egg: 0.5 piece
- Sugar: 0.3 glass
- Honey: 2 tablespoons

Mix everything by hand, press it down, and then roll the dough into a ball.
