New Year's Gingerbread Cookies

Mix the butter with sugar.
- Butter: 100 g
- Sugar: 100 g

Add honey, mix.
- Honey: 3 tablespoons

Add an egg, mix.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Add all the spices, mix.
- Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Add flour gradually, knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Wheat flour: 600 g

Roll out the dough to a thickness of not less than 0.5 cm and not more than 1 cm. Use a cup or cookie cutters to cut out cookies on parchment paper. Remove excess dough from the sheet and transfer the parchment with cookies to the baking tray.

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 11-12 minutes, making sure the cookies don't burn.

Cool on the rack.

Icing: 1 egg white, 50 g powdered sugar. Whip the egg white with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place the mixture in a ziplock bag or piping bag, poke a hole with a toothpick. Carefully squeeze to decorate the cookies:)
