Chocolate soufflé made with low-fat cottage cheese is a refined and light dessert inspired by Italian culinary traditions. The soufflé features an airy texture thanks to the carefully whipped cottage cheese and yogurt, while cocoa gives it a rich chocolate flavor. Natural stevia replaces sugar, making the dessert healthy, and the addition of gelatin ensures a delicate structure. The dish's hallmark is the balance between the richness of chocolate flavor and refreshing lightness. The soufflé can be served chilled with a light crunchy note of muesli, making it an ideal finish to dinner or a morning treat with a cup of aromatic coffee. Its simplicity in preparation and minimal calorie count make it perfect for those watching their diet but not willing to give up gastronomic pleasures.
