Mandhi laddu made from semolina is a refined Indian dessert with a rich aroma of ghee and a delicate texture reminiscent of sweet cookies. Semolina laddu is a popular treat often prepared during festivals and celebrations. The history of this dish traces back to ancient Indian cuisine, where it was considered a symbol of happiness and prosperity.
