Mix softened butter, flour, sugar, and coconut flakes.
- Butter: 125 g
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Coconut flakes: 1 glass

Dissolve the soda in boiling water and add it to the dough. Mix well.
- Soda: 1.5 teaspoon
- Boiling water: 2 tablespoons

Add honey and oatmeal. Mix the dough by hand.
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes: 1 glass

Shape balls about 3 cm in diameter. Place them about 5 cm apart on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 16-20 minutes or until light brown.

Take out the baking tray and let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before moving them, otherwise they will crumble.
